Each tampon is crafted from ethically sourced, GOTS-certified organic cotton, free from synthetics, chlorine bleach, dyes and perfumes. They’re PH-balanced, with a handy protective veil that stops fibres from shedding during use, and Contour Fit™ technology to help prevent leaks. The handy applicator is 100% plastic-free and biodegradable, and even the wrapper is crafted from recyclable paper. A comfortable, vegan-friendly and zero-plastic option for anyone with a period. Try and use the lowest absorbency possible for your current flow – these are perfect for days when your flow is neither heavy nor light. To use: - Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before unwrapping your tampon. - Make sure the applicator is ‘unlocked’ before inserting it. To check that, hold the applicator by the grooves and then turn the inner tube so it moves freely. - To insert, hold the applicator by the grooves using your thumb and ring finger. Insert the tampon at a slight angle (you want to aim towards the small of your back) and slide it into place, stopping when the outer tube is fully inserted. Then use your middle finger or other hand to push the inner tube into place, pushing the tampon out of the applicator. Then simply remove the applicator and dispose of it as appropriate.
